If you’re waking at 3:00 a.m. with night sweats thinking about a Romney Administration, here’s some news which might help get you through the weekend.
I AM one of those waking up at 3 AM, thinking about the next Supreme Court, among other things. Obama should have spent as much time preparing for the first debate as he did for the second. If he had, he (and we) wouldn’t be in this predicament. But, as Al Franken’s character Stewart Smalley is prone to say, “I’m shoulding all over myself.” Thanks for the link, Lou, but unfortunately, I fear I won’t sleep better until November 7…assuming Obama wins. If he loses, I may be headed for a sleep clinic.
Six months ago I thought Obama’s victory was a lock. Over the last couple of months I have had this fear that the American voter suffers from “willfull blindness” and has been sucked into a trance by Romney. Why? I can’t explain, but we don’t have the warrior spirit. This is a war and most folks are sitting by the sidelines waiting for something to happen but it doesn’t. Mobilization of the people must take place between today and November 6th. Fear of the unknown of a Romney administration must propel us all to get out the vote. Failure is not an option!
